These dates are specific to ordering physical gift cards that you wish to be sent to the BOPs Gift Card Coordinator.  Gifts cards sent to the Coordinator have the benefit of free shipping.

You may order e-gift cards at any time--they are delivered by email.  If you order a physical gift card on the shopwithscript's RaiseRight smartphone app, you can select "ship to home" for a shipping charge.

1Cookie Online Fundraiser for Trip Accounts!


BOPs is participating in a 1Cookie Fundraiser between 11/23/2021 and 12/14/2021. All items ship to the purchaser's home, and you can make up to 40% profit on every item sold. The more you sell, the more money you make toward the Disney trip.

By following the directions below, you’ll be able to refer friends and family to our online store. Here are the 4 easy steps:

  1. Go to https://2105.1cookie.com/haverford-high-school-band-and-orchestra-parents to register.
  2. Complete the form by entering your name & email address.  Create a unique seller ID & password.
  3. Once you’ve completed the form click ‘Sign Me Up to Sell’.
  4. You will receive an email with your unique shopping link to share your unique shopping link with family and friends to ensure that each purchase is credited to you and your group.

Volunteer with BOPs!  We need you! 

- Seeking a Fundraising Committee Chair

If you have not had a chance yet to volunteer for BOPs, now is your chance to be a part of something special!

Are a person who enjoys finding ways for large groups to make money? Are you motivated and interested in working with others to manage small fundraiser projects throughout the school year from start to finish?  Do you have a friend or two who you like working with who has similar interests who may want to work with you to have some fun?

BOPS is seeking a fundraising committee chair (or two or three committee members) to help fundraising efforts for the BOPs organization. Over the next two months, we'll need people to help manage and participate in the fundraisers that are already in progress or that are already planned before the end of the year. All proceeds in November and December will go toward our trip to Disney!!! Then for the rest of the school year, we will need people to continue to come up with easy and fun ways for the kids to build up their trip accounts and for BOPs to build up our general fund.   

Fundraising Chair (one year renewable term) *
a. Coordinate all BOPs fund raising activities throughout the year
b. Report at each Executive Board meeting the status of revenue showing costs, revenue, and net income per event
c. Pursue, research and recommend new fundraising opportunities to the organization
d. Collect/receive monthly reports from the gift card and scrip coordinators to report at the monthly executive meetings

Annual BOPS Registration


Each year, BOPs families register to receive communications and to pay dues, which support music education in HMS and HHS.  Register by either:
  • Completing this online form
  • Printing this pdf form.  Bring completed form to uniform fittings or drop it in the BOPs mailbox in the high school band room.
Registration ensures that you receive all communication about your student/s music education.  Update your BOPs profile annually to ensure you receive the right info!




Concerts

Miss the a concert?  Recorded concerts are available on-demand at the school district's website.  Choose the Concerts folder from the drop-down menu near the top of the page. Performances are also broadcast on the district's cable channel (Verizon 40, Comcast 8).
